 بالتوسع في استخدام عدادات الغاز مسبوقة الدفع لرفع كفاءة تحصيل مستحقات الدولة والتيسير على المواطنين، لافتًا إلى أنه تم تركيب حوالي 90 ألف عداد ومخطط الانتهاء من تركيب حوالي 600 ألف عداد بنهاية العام المالي,,,

جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع موسع مع رؤساء شركات توصيل الغاز الطبيعي للمنازل لمتابعة موقف تنفيذ الأعمال في خطة العام المالي الحالي 2020-2021 والتي تستهدف توصيل الغاز الطبيعي إلى 1.2 مليون وحدة سكنية جديدة ضمن خطة الوزارة لزيادة أعداد المستفيدين من هذا النشاط الذي يقدم خدمة حضارية واقتصادية للدولة والمواطن,

وأوضح الملا 

أن المشروع القومي لتوصيل الغاز الطبيعي للمنازل يسير بخطى متميزة محققًا نتائج أعمال في خطة العام المالي الحالي بلغت نسبتها 55% منذ بداية يوليو الماضي وحتى منتصف شهر يناير الحالي، وذلك على الرغم من التحديات المفروضة من جائحة كورونا ليصل إجمالي المستفيدين من المشروع إلى أكثر من 11.8 مليون وحدة سكنية على مستوى محافظات مصر منذ بدء النشاط، لافتًا إلى أن الدعم الرئاسي والحكومي للمشروع أسهم بقوة في تحقيق أهداف التوسع في استخدامات الغاز الطبيعي.

تقريرًا من وزير البترول بشأن موقف  أعمال تركيب عدادات الغاز الطبيعي مسبوقة الدفع للوحدات السكنية، في إطار خطة الدولة لإحلال العدادات الميكانيكية القديمة بأخرى مسبوقة الدفع. 

وأشار المهندس طارق الملا، وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية، إلى أنه يجري استكمال منظومة تركيب عدادات الغاز مسبوقة الدفع بعد نجاح تنفيذ مشروع تجريبي لاستخدام 20 ألف عداد في مناطق الأسمرات 1، 2 وبشائر الخير 1، 2، 3، في محافظة الإسكندرية.

وقال رئيس الوزراء ,

إن الحكومة في إطار مواكبة التطور التكنولوجي الذي يحدث في شتى مناحي الحياة، بدأت استبدال العدادات التقليدية لعدد من الخدمات بأخرى ذكية مسبوقة الدفع، والحكومة تتبنى تطبيق تلك التجربة في عدد من المصالح والهيئات الحكومية، وتسعى إلى تعميمها على مستوى الجمهورية، خاصة مع الفائدة الكبيرة لتركيب تلك العدادات للمواطن والشركات مقدِّمة الخدمة على السواء.

وأضاف رئيس الوزراء .

أن تطور نظم الدفع الإلكتروني سهّل تركيب العدادات الذكية، حيث يمكن شحن العدادات دون الحاجة للمحصِّل، من خلال إحدى شركات المدفوعات الإلكترونية، أو عن طريق تطبيقات على الهواتف المحمولة وايضا عدادات الكهرباء سيتم تحويلها بالكامل الى مسبقه الدفع.

The development of electronic payment systems has facilitated the installation of smart meters, where the meters can be charged without the need for the collector, through an electronic payment company, or through applications on mobile phones, and also electricity meters will be completely transferred to prepaid.
