ويمكن للمواطنين تسجيل رقم المحمول الخاص بهم على موقع دعم مصر وموقع مصر الرقمية للمستفيدين من منظومة دعم السلع التموينية والخبز وتقوم الوزارة باستخدام تلك الأرقام المسجلة في عملية التواصل مع أصحاب البطاقات وإرسال التعليمات والتوجيهات والأخبار لهم.
وتقوم وزارة التموين والتجارة الداخلية بإتاحة إمكانية نقل الزوجة من بطاقة أسرتها إلى بطاقة تموين الزوج وذلك عبر موقع مصر الرقمية وكذلك موقع دعم مصر ، ويشترط أن تكون الزوجة ما تزال تصرف المقرر التمويني من خلال بطاقة التموين الخاصة بأسرتها.

واختيار قائمة « خدمات تموينية للمواطنين » وتظهر له بعدها العديد من الخيارات كما يلي:
سجل موبايلك >> يتم الإختيار بين: بطاقة تموين نشطة / بطاقة إصدار جديد.
بدل تالف وفاقد >> ويتم الاختيار بين: تقديم بدل تالف وفاقد / استعلام بدل تالف وفاقد.
نقل من محافظة إلى محافظة أخري.
اصدار جديد >> ويتم الاختيار بين: فصل اجتماعي اصدار جديد / بحث عن اصدار فصل اجتماعي.
تفعيل البطاقة واستلام الرقم السري.
إعادة ارسال الرقم السري.

والقيام باختيار قسم التموين بالموقع واختيار الخدمات المطلوبة من القائمة التالية:
إصدار بطاقة تموين جديدة (وذلك حالة عمل بطاقة جديدة وضم الزوجة).
إصدار بدل فاقد لبطاقة تموين.
إصدار بدل تالف لبطاقة تموين.
تفعيل بطاقة تموين.
فصل اجتماعي.
ضم أفراد أسرتي (إضافة المواليد الجدد والزوجة)
نقل من محافظة إلي أخرى.
وكانت وزارة التموين والتجارة الداخلية نفت في وقت سابق ما تردد من شائعات عن حذف المواطنين من بطاقات التموين، مع التأكيد على أنه لن يتم حذف أى مواطن من منظومة التموين بسبب الدخل او المعاش، مؤكدة إصدار نحو 568 ألف بطاقة تموين جديدة لصالح الأسر الأكثر احتياجاً، وأنه يتم إضافة المواليد لأى بطاقة تموينية جديدة يتم اصدراها أو إضافات جديدة على البطاقات التموينية الحالية بحد اقصى 4أفراد.

The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade receives requests for new ration cards and damaged and lost allowances electronically through the Egypt Support website and the Egypt Digital Portal. The ministry requires that to submit the application electronically, the applicant acknowledges the validity of the data and that one of the family members registered in the card has his mobile phone number registered on The Egypt Support website or the Digital Egypt website, and the Ministry also receives through the two signatories requests to transfer the wife from her family card to her husband’s card and add children to transfer cards between governorates ;;.
Citizens can register their mobile number on the Egypt Support website and the Digital Egypt website for the beneficiaries of the food supply and bread support system, and the Ministry uses these registered numbers in the process of communicating with card holders and sending instructions, directions and news to them.
The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade provides the possibility of transferring the wife from her family card to the husband’s supply card through the Digital Egypt website as well as the Egypt Support website, and the wife is required to still spend the ration course through her family's ration card.

The Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade denied earlier rumors of citizens being removed from the supply cards, with an assurance that no citizen would be removed from the supply system because of income or pension, and confirmed the issuance of about 568 thousand new supply cards for the benefit of the most needy families. And that the newborns are added to any new ration card that is issued or new additions to the current ration cards, with a maximum of 4 persons.
