إعفاء 70% من الغرامات عند سداد المستحقات المتأخرة في الإسكان بالمدن الجديدة

1- المصاريف الإدارية لقرض البنك يتحملها طالب القرض بمتوسط 1.5% من قيمه القرض. 

2- قيمه قسط التأمين السنوي يتراوح بين 3 إلى 5% من قيمه السياره وليس قيمه القرض ويقل بنسبه 10% سنويا كل ده متوسط 7000ج سنويا 

3- مصاريف الترخيص اول مره ويتم دفع 1% من قيمه السياره بالمرور خلاف مصاريف الترخيص الأخرى من ضرائب ورسوم تنميه موارد الدوله وطفايه ومصاريف امان وخلافه كل ده متوسط 5000ج تدفع اول مره ثم التجديد السنوي بعد ذلك في حدود 2500ج 

4- مصاريف الصيانه الدوريه بالتوكيل من اول صيانه 1000 ك يتم دفع غيار الزيت والفلتر وبعد كده صيانه 10000ك في حدود 3000ج وهكذا وستصل لصيانه 100الف كيلو في حدود 6000ج 

5- لا قدر الله في حاله حدوث حادث يتم الإصلاح بمركز صيانه معتمده لدى شركه التأمين  ويتم دفع كامل قيمه الإصلاح ويقدم الورق بالفواتير لشركه التأمين ليتم الاستعواض عن 80% من قيمه قطع الغيار المعتمده بفواتير ضريبيه و كامل مصنعيات الورشه يتحملها التأمين بناء على فحص مندوب شركه التأمين بمركز الصيانه .......

6- الترخيص سنوي وقبل ترخيص السنه التاليه لازم ميكونش في اقساط متاخره وتاخد جواب ترخيص السياره من البنك إلى المرور بسنه أخرى 
7- النقطه المهمه للجميع لازم تعرف أن التزامك بالقسط الشهري واجب لابد منه ومتفتكرش أن أوبر هتسدلك اقساطك لأن لو فكرت في ده فالعربيه مش هتكمل معاك 5 سنين ....كلنا لازم نعرف دخلنا الحالي علشان نعرف احنا نقدر نسد القسط ولا ايه،،،،،
