جلست الزوجة على مكتب زوجها وأمسكت بقلمه وكتبت :_في السنة الماضية أجريت لزوجي عملية إزالة المرارة ولازم الفراش عدة شهور...
في السنة الماضية بلغ زوجي الستين من عمره فترك وظيفته المهمة في دار النشر التي ظل يعمل بها ثلاثين عاماً ...
في السنة الماضية توفي والد زوجي...
في السنة الماضية رسب إبننا في بكالوريوس كلية الطب لتعطله عن الدراسة عدة شهور بسبب إصابته في حادث سيارة....
وفي نهاية الصفحة كتبت :-
يا لها من سنة سيئة للغاية.!!
دخل عليها زوجها يريد أن يجلس على مكتبه ولاحظ شرود زوجته فرمق الورقة وقرأ ما كتبت زوجته..!
فترك الغرفة بهدوء من دون أن يقول شيئاً...
لكنه بعد عدة دقائق عاد وقد أمسك بيده ورقة أخرى وضعها بهدوء بجوار الورقة التي سبق أن كتبتها زوجته..!!
تناولت الزوجة ورقة الزوج ولاحظت أن المكتوب فيها :_
في السنة الماضية شفيتُ من آلام المرارة التي عذّبتني سنوات طويلة وتكللت العملة بالنجاح...!!
في السنة الماضية بلغت الستين وأنا في تمام الصحة...!! وسأتفرغ للكتابة والتأليف بعد أن تم التعاقد معي على نشر أكثر من كتاب مهم..!!
توفي والدي في السنة الماضية وكان قد عاش حتى بلغ الخامسة والتسعين من غير أن يسبب لأحد أي متاعب وتوفي في هدوء من غير أن يتألم..!!
في السنة الماضية نجا إبننا من الموت في حادث السيارة وشفي بغير أية عاهات أو مضاعفات..!!
وختم الزوج كتابته قائلاً : يا لها من سنة أكرمنا الله بها وقد إنتهت بكل خير..!!

ألا تلاحظوا أنها نفس الأحداث ولكنها بنظرة مختلفة...!
لأننا ننظر دائماً إلى ما ينقصنا لا نحمد الله على نعمه...!!
ولأننا ننظر إلى ما سُلِبَ منا فترانا نُركّز عليه...!!
لذلك نُقصِّر في حمده سبحانه على ما أعطانا...
