(4) ثم يتم الضغط على زر تسجيل الدخول ليظهر للمستعلم أحقيته بالوحدة السكنية الخاصة به أولا.

وتتمثل إجراءات استلام الوحدة السكنية في (3) خطوات:

(1) توجه العميل الفائز بالوحدة لبنك التعمير والإسكان، لإنهاء إجراءات البنك.

(2) التوجه بخطاب البنك لمكتب خدمة المواطنين بالتجمع الأول؛ لتسجيل البيانات على الشبكة.

(3) استلام خطاب موجه للمهندس المشرف على المشروع لمعاينة واستلام الوحدة.
