تعرض بعض المواطنين الراغبين فى الحصول على وحدة سكنية، 

ضمن الوحدات التى تطرحها وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، ممثلة فى صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري، إلى تغيير بعض البيانات عقب الانتهاء من التقديم والحجز,,,

ويتساءل العديد من المواطنين عن إمكانية تعديل تلك البيانات مرة أخرى وطريقة التعديل،

 لكى يستطيعوا التمكن من الحصول على الوحدة،

 وذلك قبل عمليات الإستعلام  التي يقوم بها صندوق التمويل العقاري،

 قبل الإعلان عن أسماء الفائزين المستحقين بالوحدات السكنية المطروحة.

وفيما يخص طلب تصحيح أو تعديل رقم الهاتف الخاص بالمواطن المسجل سابقا، 

بالنظام الآلي لصندوق التمويل العقاري..

 فهناك أفضل طريقة لتعديله.

 وذلك وفقا لنظام لصندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري,,

وذلك عن طريق الاتصال بمركز الاتصالات لخدمة عملاء صندوق التمويل العقاري على الأرقام الهاتفية.

 (5999 أو 5777 أو 1188 من أي تليفون محمول، ورقم 090071117 من أي خط أرضي فقط)، 

وذلك من الساعة التاسعة صباحا وحتى الثالثة عصرا طوال أيام الأسبوع عدا يومي الجمعة والسبت.

**وتتضمن شروط الحجز: 

1- أن يكون المتقدم شخصا طبيعيا مصري الجنسية. ألا يقل سنه عن 21 سنه، ولا تزيد على 50 سنه في تاريخ نهاية الإعلان،

2-  أن يكون الحد الأدنى لصافي الدخل الشهري للتعامل بنظام التمويل العقاري 1500 جنيه.

3- أن يكون المتقدم من مُنخفضي الدخل، ولا يزيد صافي دخله السنوي من جميع مصادر دخله على 72 ألف جنيه سنوياً للأسرة، بما يُعادل 6 آلاف جنيه شهريا، و54 ألف جنيه سنويا للأعزب، بما يعادل 4500 جنيه شهريا، لا يحق للمتقدم أو الأسرة (الزوج/ الزوجة/ الأولاد القصر)، التقدم لحجز أكثر من وحدة سكنية في المدن الجديدة والمحافظات في الإعلان الواحد.

4-  أن لا يكون سبق تخصيص وحدة أو أرض سكنية للمتقدم أو للأسرة (الزوج/ الزوجة/ الأولاد القصر) أياً كان نوعها بالمدن الجديدة، أو المحافظات، سواء كانت في حوزته، أو تنازل عنها للغير، أو بالشراكة مع آخرين، أو آلت للمتقدم أو الأسرة بالتنازل من الغير.

5- أن لا يكون المتقدم أو الأسرة (الزوج/ الزوجة/ الأولاد القصر) استفاد بقرض تعاوني أو دعم من المشروع القومي للإسكان أو إحدى الجهات العامة التي تقدم دعماً للحصول على وحدة سكنية، أو مالكاً لمسكن أو آل إليه بالإرث الشرعي.

6- أن يكون المتقدم من أبناء المحافظة الكائن بها الوحدة السكنية المُتقدم لها، أو المقيمين بها أو المرتبط بها عملاً، أو بإحدى المدن الجديدة التابعة لها أو المحافظات المجاورة، على أن تكون الأولوية للعاملين أو المقيمين بالمحافظة ذاتها.

3- That the applicant be of low income, and his net annual income from all sources of income does not exceed 72 thousand pounds annually for the family, equivalent to 6 thousand pounds per month, and 54 thousand pounds annually for singles, equivalent to 4500 pounds per month, the applicant or the family is not entitled ( Husband / wife / minor children), apply for the reservation of more than one housing unit in the new cities and governorates in one advertisement.

4- That there was no previous allocation of a residential unit or land for the applicant or the family (husband / wife / minor children) of whatever type in the new cities or governorates, whether in his possession, or assigned to others, or in partnership with others, or devolved to the applicant or Family by assignment from others.

5- That the applicant or the family (husband / wife / minor children) have not benefited from a cooperative loan or support from the National Housing Project or one of the public agencies that provide support to obtain a housing unit, or the owner of a residence or bequeathed to him with the legal inheritance.

6- The applicant must be a resident of the governorate in which the applicant’s residential unit is located, or who reside in it or who is associated with it by work, or in one of its new cities or neighboring governorates, provided that priority is given to workers or residents in the same governorate.
