إعفاء 70% من الغرامات عند سداد المستحقات المتأخرة في الإسكان بالمدن الجديدة

نفى المركز الإعلامي لمجلس الوزراء، ما انتشر في بعض المواقع الإلكترونية وصفحات التواصل الاجتماعي، من أنباء حول السماح للمواطنين ببيع وحدات الإسكان الاجتماعي فور استلامها.

وتواصل المركز الإعلامي لمجلس الوزراء، مع صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري، والذي نفى تلك الأنباء، مُؤكّداً أنَّه لا صحة للسماح للمواطنين ببيع وحدات الإسكان الاجتماعي فور استلامها، مُوضحاً أنَّه وفقاً لقانون الإسكان الاجتماعي رقم 93 لسنة 2018،،،،

 يحظر على المنتفعين بالوحدات السكنية التصرف فيها أو التعامل عليها أو أي جزء منها بأي نوع من أنواع التصرفات والتعاملات قبل مرور مدة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات من تاريخ استلام المواطن لها، مع استثناء الحالات التي يصدر بها قرار من مجلس إدارة الصندوق.

وناشد المركز الإعلامي لمجلس الوزراء، جميع وسائل الإعلام ومرتادي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تحري الدقة والموضوعية في نشر الأخبار، والتواصل مع الجهات المعنية للتأكد قبل نشر معلومات لا تستند إلى أي حقائق.....

 وتؤدي إلى إثارة البلبلة بين المواطنين.
